Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

​•​Vail Off-Road Crew is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery.

​•​If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours at vailoffroadcrew@gmail.com with photos.

 

Returns

​•​Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, unworn and in new condition.

​•​Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
