Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items are made to order, which may add a few extra days before your order ships — we'll always aim to get your gear moving as fast as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
• We currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping is charged per item: tees and tall tees $4.95 each; embroidered and printed hats $5.09 each; hoodies $8.79 each. Charges are added together for multiple items and shown at checkout. Items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
• Estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary by location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.
Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods (holidays, drops) can affect delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at VailOffRoadCrew@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help sort it out — whether that's a replacement or a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but reach out and we'll do what we can to help.
